I have catched boars from Darnassus to stormwind and none of them have charge.
Is there no boar charge on this server?
I hope I have missed something.

im no hunter but i heard this many times - we are on patch 1.2 - i.e. some pets have their ‘usual’ abilities not implemented yet. They will get added in later patch(es) - if you want to know when for sure youd need to google it im afraid.
