Speaking of reading, I remember reading the BradyGames strategy guide for the world of warcraft when I bought the Vanilla/TBC battle chest (by mistake, thinking it was the RTS Warcraft III game I saw my cousin playing before, different story but funny one how I accidentally got to know about WoW). it contained a vanilla guide and a TBC guide. The vanilla guide was a lot more interesting to read and taught a lot more about the game, how it works, how to interact with other players in the open, and how to optimize your character. But I lost the guide I wish I still have it. Besides playing the PTR, this is the best way to pass time while waiting for launch day.
I found a pdf version online of this BradyGames strategy guide for vanilla wow. I can say its 90% similar to the printed version with a few differences. I still remember a few sections from the printed version which aren’t in this PDF one and a few sentences which are phrased a little differently. I do remember it well because I read that book almost a million times because of how interesting it was.
