I found out 2 hours ago that two of my game accounts had been banned, diray and edustar. i checked through the official website and the reason for the bans were both real currency transactions. The only thing is that my diray account ran out of space in my backpack before I went to the group book, so I mailed the items I wasn’t using to my edustar account via email, and today I returned the items from my edustar account to my diray account via return mail. If this operation led to the account being banned, I don’t think this situation is really a currency transaction, as I only saw the mailed items on my own account and did not mail the game currency. I hope the GM can verify my situation and unblock my two accounts, thank you!

我在2小时前发现我的两个游戏账号被封，账号分别是diray和edustar。我通过官方网站查询，封禁理由都是真实货币交易。我认真回想我近期的游戏中操作，并没有涉及到与其他任何人的物品及货币交易，只是我的diray账号在去参加团本前背包没有空间，我通过邮件将暂不使用的物品邮寄给edustar账号，今天我从edustar账号通过退信将物品退回diray账号。如果是因为这个操作导致账号被封禁，我认为这个情况不属于真是货币交易，因为我只是自己账号之间邮寄物品，而且没有邮寄游戏货币。希望GM能够核实我的情况并对我的两个账号给与解封，谢谢！
