I am lv 52 and I just got at rank 7 but I am not able to purchase PVP blu set of boots and gloves as it says that I don’t have the required rank for that. Is there any issue or bug? do you need to be lv 58 to buy it? Thanks for your help
of course you need get to lvl 58
On both Wowhead and ClassicDB there’s a set that requires 58 and one that requires 60. You should probably go check the vendor.
