Dear GM, hello. On April 25, 2024, around 2:00 PM server time, after
participating in a guild event, while cleaning my backpack, I was unsure if it was
due to a plugin issue or other issues that caused my T2.5 set of “Mysterious
Shoulder Pads” item 21345 to disappear. After discovering the issue, I participated
in the team dungeon activity at the Angela Temple this week and obtained the
required materials for the component, “Qila Commander’s Wrist Wheel” item
20932, as well as the relevant materials for the task. However, I was unable to
complete the redemption task at the relevant NPC. Can you please help me restore
this equipment or reset the related tasks for redeeming this equipment? Thank you
