I have applied for a game account 16740588 on the 3.35 Lich King Asia server. After successful registration, when using the login tool to log in, it prompts “incorrect email or username”. If I directly log in to the game using an EXE file, it prompts “incorrect account number or password entered”. I am very certain that the account and password I filled in are completely correct, because using the same account and password can log in to the Asian server game website normally.
When I thought it was an error in my password (which I did not actually fill in incorrectly), I tried to change my new password. During this process, I was able to successfully change my new password by entering my original password, which also proved that my previous password was not a problem. When I logged in to the game again with a new password, I still received the same error message as described earlier. The login to the website with the game account and password is completely normal, but I am unable to log in to the game. Please help me check and resolve this issue. The issue arose because after creating a new account, you need to click the verification link in the registration email as prompted.
