阵营变更问题

3月20号8:45pm 左右 账号id dyz3183306 下面部落角色id wanzong 使用了阵营变更，代币扣了但是角色没变更，麻烦GM跟进一下。

Greetings, you cannot switch from Tribe to Alliance. Only Alliance to Tribe is allowed at this period of time due to server faction balance
